25 Years of Industry Experience. He has worked in Senior HR Leadership roles with Kirloskar Oil Engines, Blue Star, Schaeffler, Associated Capsules Group and Calsoft.

In his last assignment he worked as CHRO of Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd.

He is Certified Executive Coach and have completed more than 150 Hours of Executive Coaching

He is also Certified in interpretation of Hogan and Thomas Psychometric Assessment.
